Shipping & Exchange Policy

Dailyeditpk offers exchange or returns on a conditional basis only.
All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 15 days, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

    • In case of faulty items, please notify us immediately via email or official WhatsApp with clear images of the defect.

  • The product(s) received are different from the original order.

  • The package is complete, including price tags, labels, and original packaging.

⚠️ Claims will only be entertained if made within 7 days of the order delivery date.

Please email photos of the defective item to dailyeditpk@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +92 302 8448171 within a week of delivery to raise a dispute.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and dailyedit will make every effort to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect the issue.
If the dispute is validated, a replacement of equal value (as per the invoice) will be issued and shipped with the customer’s next order.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs in case of an exchange.

  • Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Unstitched articles that have been stitched are not eligible for exchange.

  • All orders are shipped through TCS/PostEx.

Order Cancellation

  • Dailyeditpk does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.

  • Customers who paid via credit card or PayPal may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement.

    • Instead of a refund, a coupon of equal value will be issued, which can be used for future purchases within 60 days.

  • Dailyeditpk reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as:

    • The item being out of stock

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Declined debit/credit card payment

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with any third parties.

Disclaimer

Dailyeditpk strives to ensure that all product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible.
However, minor differences may occur between product images on the website and the actual product due to:

  • Lighting conditions during the photoshoot

  • Device display settings

  • Printing quality of catalogs or inlay cards

  • Additional embellishments used for editorial shoots

All product details are provided on our website, and we make every effort to ensure that this information is accurate.
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.
